(Personal Value, National Values, Religious Values, Class Values, etc.) The final section/paragraphs must be a quotation from a recognized artist. (Hans Haacke, Joan Mitchell, Robert Morris, Frank Stella, etc.) The works in this exhibition were selected from the following: Frank Stella (All works 2018), Robert Morris (All works 2018), Haim Steinbach (All works 2018), and Frank Stella (All works 2018). All of the works in the show were made between 1990 and 2018. The shows title, which was taken from a poem by the artist, made reference to the tenuous nature of the relationship between the artist and his or her work.Stella was the subject of the exhibition as a whole, which included both the painting and a series of sculptures, most of them based on the same theme. This show featured a series of three-dimensional works, including a series of colored resin-coated metal-and-wood reliefs from the series Hauling (All works 2018), a series of sculptures based on the same theme, and a series of small color-printed lithographs from the series Color Field. The color-printed works were based on the same materials as the paint-on-canvas works, but the color-printed works were almost always painted in shades of red, yellow, or green, and the colors were used to accentuate the paint on the surface. The color-printed works were most often made of wooden planks, and the planks were sometimes painted in bright, vibrant hues. The color-printed works were more often than the paint-on-canvas works, which were painted in a more muted, dull grayish tone. The color-printed works were more than the paint-on-canvas works. They were also more interesting than the paint-on-canvas works.
