My work reflects a minimalist response to graffiti street and hiphop youth culture, which has become trite and hackneyed. Theres no punk in it, just a hip-hop-ism. Theres no post-punk, just post-rap, an ironic, mens-rights-oriented youth culture. And theres no political, just a rock n roll youth culture. Theres no pre-punk, just a post-punk youth culture. Ive always been interested in the subjective and the unfulfilling, the evanescent and the indefinable. I dont want to be a comedian, I want to be an artist. I dont want to be a painter, I want to be a poet. I want to be a painter of beauty. I want to be a painter of life. This exhibition consisted of twelve paintings. The first painting, The House of Anger, 1998, is the most recent, and the most powerful. It depicts a house painted black and white in a vivid and intense hothouse orange. The interior is a dark, windowless room, its walls and ceiling dark, and its floors and walls in a rich brownish-red. The walls are painted with an impasto finish that looks like black paint, and the paint has been rubbed on the floor. The paint is applied in thick, heavy, and uneven strokes, which move the paint around the room and are seen through the windows. The paint is applied in a different way on each side of the room, and the result is a house in which the paint is applied in irregular, uncoordinated, and uneven strokes. The paint seems to have been poured over and over again, in a chaotic, uneven, and uneven manner. The painting is a living room that has been completely obliterated by the paint. The paint has been applied in a methodical, random manner. The second painting, The House of Anger, 1998, was the most recent and most complex. It shows the house painted in black and white, with a dark, almost black-and-white background. The paint has been applied in a systematic and random manner, and the paint is applied in an uneven and irregular manner. The paint is applied in a large, irregular, and irregular manner. The paint is applied in a systematic, random manner. The paint is applied in a systematic, random manner.
Ive gone to far too much of the parties, and to the parties too little. Theres a kind of cliched/snowflake-ism to it all, a sort of haphazard quality that makes it look as if its time to get off. Theres a sense of despair in the work, a sense that everything is just going to be thrown away in the trash. It is a pity, because theres a lot of good stuff in the show.

In the past, however, he has documented the culture and its effects through photographs and videos. His recent work is more than just a comment on the art world and its art-world trappings. The artist actually paints on the surface of his canvases, which is why his black-and-white photographs are so richly layered. The surfaces of his canvases are covered with layers of dark, viscous paint. This paint is thick and thick, and the paint splinters and pulls the paint off the surface. This is why his black-and-white photographs are so richly layered. The paint is thick and thick, and the paint splinters and pulls the paint off the surface. This is why his black-and-white photographs are so richly layered. In a recent show at the Galleria Carl Andres in New York, the artist painted a vast array of images of graffiti on the walls of a single room. He then painted over the entire surface and painted the entire wall in a single stroke. The results are mesmerizing, almost hypnotic. This work, titled The Hairy Who, 1995, is made up of five photographs of a hairy, hairy-looking head. The black-and-white photographs are the same size as the black-and-white ones. My work reflects a minimalist response to graffiti street and hiphop youth culture, which has become trite and hackneyed. Ive been toying with the idea of painting on the street, but its not the most interesting thing Ive done. Ive never found myself in a position to paint a mural on a wall. Theres too much wasted energy in painting, not enough time. Theres too much paint in the streets. Ive never found myself in a position to paint a mural on a wall.
