I see a mastrubating turtle, i think. In the left panel, a cartoonish animal with a human head does a sort of high-five for its menacing surroundings. In the right panel, a sculpture of a naked man doing a sort of half-submission to a moon, or perhaps a stargazer, appears to be having a very good time, with an uncharacteristically brilliant greenish-orange house. The world is now ruled by the laws of nature, the left by the law of society. In the right panel, a man with a turtle head on the right appears to be watching the sunset on a street in a town with a population of snakes and a population of frogs. It could be a metaphor for the end of the world. The turtles in the right panel are circling, but are basically alone, unable to communicate with each other. In the left panel, a siren sings. She is probably just another parasite. In the right panel, a man with a turtle head, standing in a boat, is playing with a monkey on a swing. The monkeys in the left panel are all standing around the table. The one monkey looks out of a hole in the top table. The one on the right looks at us and is looking at the window of the boat he is holding. In the top panel, the monkey looks at the window. He is in the dark, looking at the ocean. In the bottom panel, a man with a turtle head looks at us and is looking at the boat the turtle is holding. The turtle is on the floor, leaning against a table. On the top panel, a woman is staring at a mirror. On the bottom panel, a man with a turtle head is standing next to a woman who is looking at a mirror. The turtle looks at the mirror and is looking at himself. The woman in the bottom panel looks at him. He is standing next to a table in which two mens faces are reflected.

The meaning of the reference is unclear, but the figure seems to be thinking about a turtle, and maybe about a woman, too. Thats what the others do, after all, just as there is a malevolent turtle, and a creature who hates you, or who has been given a name and assigned a body, or who has a head, a tail, and is given a name. So the words spoken are his own, but not yours. The others are equally ambiguous, and the words they use arent exactly the same. They may be the same as the ones he uses, but they arent the same as the ones he used to be. A turtle with its shell is a turtle with its egg, a turtle with its leg, a turtle with its eyes. The words are different but the status is the same, and the meaning is also unclear. And if they arent the same, they arent even the same. But Im still trying to figure out whats going on. Theres a lot of language here, and theres a lot of talk, but no meaning. And all of the language seems to be in Spanish, and in English. And whats Spanish? Well, it sounds like some sort of slang. Its also written in Spanish, but its a different language. Is that a pun? Or is it a comment on the situation in Spain? Its hard to say. The meaning of the words is unclear, and theres something else that could be lurking in the Spanish. Is the language a comment on the situation in Spain? Its hard to say.

I see a mastrubating turtle, i think. And I see a hand with the palm of one hand on the open mouth of a frog, i.e., a frog with a hand, and I see a figure in the middle of a room, i.e., the artist, the gallery, and the viewer. I see the figure of a woman, she is looking at me, and I am looking at her. I see an owl, who is perched on her feet, and I am looking at her. I see a face. And I see a portrait. I see a face that has a mouth, but its too small to be a mouth. I see a face with a long nose and a big nose that is missing its nose. I see a face with a large eye. I see a face that is smiling, smiling, and looking at me. I see a face with a long nose. I see a face with a large eye. I see a face with a long nose. I see a face with a large eye. I see a mastrubating turtle, i think. I see a naked woman, i.e., a woman who, because she is naked, is also naked. In a sense, she is also in a state of sexuality and in a state of being, but in a different sense. In a sense, she is only as good as herself. And as a way of looking at the work, I like to think of it as a procession, of the animals. The most striking, if not the most arresting, piece was the single largest piece, with its three versions. The piece is an installation by Erik Bulatov, in which the artist has placed three nude women in front of the door. They wear the same white cloth which covers them, and their breasts and buttocks are painted white. The canvas also contains a glass of water in the form of a human skull. The three womens faces are each painted white, and the only facial features are their heads and the mouths of their infants. They are all in an indescribable state of innocence. But they are not only innocent, they are also in a state of ecstasy. They are also in a state of being, in which they are sexually engaged. Bulatovs installations have always involved the sexual, and so, as in most of his work, there is a sexual aspect. He presents an image of sex as an activity, as an action. In his installation The Gaze of Confidence, 1986, for example, Bulatov showed us the view from a high point in the sky. This is not the view from a street, where everyone is visible; the street is empty. But the space is real, and so the gaze is real. For the viewer, the presence of the object is a condition of visibility, of visibility as an element of intimacy. In this piece Bulatov has used the erotic, the exotic, to create a virtual reality of intimacy.
